How do I use a discount at the venue?

Before you pay, open the virtual card on your phone and show it to the staff. The card shows your name, member number and a live clock, so you don't need coupons or codes.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your member area in one click. Your access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Debit or credit card and SEPA Direct Debit, processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

I run a business. How do I become a partner?

Joining is free for partners. Fill in a short request in the partner area and the club team publishes your offer once it's approved.
